Welcome to a journey of self-discovery and healing. For me, Yoga is more than just a practice; it's a way of life that provides profound tools to navigate the complexities and beauty of the human experience. It harmonizes the physical and subtle bodies, creating a union that is both grounding and expansive—embracing one without the other is not truly possible!

Teacher Training Journey

My yoga journey began with a personal quest for healing and grounding. After exploring various styles, I found my transformative connection with Kundalini Yoga, which deeply resonated with me, unlocking the mysteries of the subtle body and fostering significant inner growth. After years of practicing, I embarked on my teacher training with Imagine Academy (with the head teacher: Hagobind Singh) in Zurich in 2015, but due to family challenges, I couldn't complete it at that time. When Prana Jio (with head teachers Dharma Singh & Karta Purkh Kaur)offered Kundalini Yoga teacher training in my current hometown of Basel, I eagerly participated and completed my Kundalini Yoga Level 1 (220h) training in 2018. As a lifelong student, I have been pursuing my Level 2 (500h) training over the last five years with remarkable teachers like Shiv Charan Singh (Karam Kriya School) and am nearing the end of this chapter. I've also deepened my body-mind connection by completing Yin Yoga teacher training at Yoga Community Basel (in 2020).

Kids & Family Yoga

As a mother and Kindergarten teacher, I naturally integrated yoga into my work with children, which inspired me to pursue a Kids Yoga teaching qualification through the “Groovy Kids Yoga” program by Greville Henwood. I currently offer monthly family yoga sessions at B Yoga Basel, where we explore joy-filled themes through asanas, mantra singing, mindfulness, and family bonding. Join us for a fun and enriching experience that strengthens connections and promotes well-being for the whole family!

Off the Mat...

When I'm not teaching, meditating, or studying, I embrace the gifts of nature. As someone from Finland, I have a profound connection to the natural world. The forest serves as my sanctuary, my church, and my source of inspiration. In my classes, I weave in elements of Nordic mythology and the wisdom of nature to foster an environment that promotes balance, growth, and connection. I look forward to sharing this journey with you and helping you discover your path to inner peace and self-healing.
